Samsung decided to announce the new smartphone of its Galaxy range: the GRAND 2. According to the description, the smartphone resembles the Galaxy Note but it is primarily intended for people with smaller budgets. According to my predictions, the device be sold initially in emerging markets before being available to bigger markets.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 has a display of 5.25-inch with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Inside the device we find the Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable memory via microSD, an 8 megapixel digital camera, a 1.9 megapixel front camera, a 2600 mAh battery and the Android 4.3 (which may be upgradable to KitKat during 2014).
As expected from all Samsung devices, the Grand 2 has a package of native applications such as translation. The official launch date for Galaxy Grand 2 was not yet released, but we expect to see it on the shelves in the beginning of 2014.
